When you sign up to use one of our services, we will ask for some personal information about you and other family members such as name, contact information, address, emergency contact, and some pertinent health information such as allergies.
We need this information to be able to contact you and serve you through our programs, as well as to ensure the safety of you and/or your child during the course of our programs .

Our website does not respond to and does not support the Do Not Track (DNT) header request field.

We are committed to the security of personal data, and we take appropriate security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. If in the highly unlikely event that there is a security breach, we will notify you immediately. We are also required to report any data security breach to the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI).

If you have any questions or want to know which personal data we have about you, please contact us. Please make sure to always clearly state who you are, so that we can be certain that we do not modify or delete any data of the wrong person. 9. Data retention periods
Depending on the type of data in our possession, we adhere to the following procedures to comply with legal and financial requirements:

Employment and other contracts/agreements are retained for a period of six (6) years after full completion.

Once an individual or family unit are no longer members of the organization, all personal data previously collected is immediately removed and deleted from our database.

The organization reserves the right to retain and re-use previously approved photographs and/or digital recordings of individuals for organizational and legacy purposes.

Please also note that non-personal data, e.g. data that is not personally identifiable, may be kept for statistical and reporting purposes.
10. Children
Personal information collected about children taking part in PCP programs is only shared with authorized personnel. This information is deleted once the individual or family unit is no longer taking part in any of the organization’s programs or activities.

Our website is not designed to attract children and it is not our intent to collect personal data from children under the age of consent in their country of residence. We therefore request that children under the age of consent do not submit any personal data to us. Furthermore, all of PCP’s membership and program registration forms clearly indicate that web forms/tools are only meant to be used by parents and/or legal guardians 18 years of age and over.
