Welcome to the new and improved website of Projet Communautaire de Pierrefonds (PCP). Although our site may look a little different, our mission remains proudly and steadfastly the same: to provide support to children, students and multi-ethnic families in need across the West Island. A casual scroll around our site reveals just that - an impressive array of programs and services devoted to supporting pre-school children, primary school students, new, single and isolated moms, and various families seeking guidance, information, and a sense of belonging. Our various programs and initiatives are designed to build bridges of awareness, understanding, and friendship, as well as foster and weave greater community spirit. In addition, by bringing together members of various ethnic communities and providing them with needed information, tools and resources, we promote and encourage greater resilience and independence.
PCP's unique programs have also helped promote positive mental health among vulnerable children and students. Now, more than ever, our efforts will continue to grow in this critical area through service expansion into more schools and community organizations, as well as via online workshops and training programs.
I'm in awe of PCP's 25 year legacy of community service in the West Island, and I'm awfully proud of our devoted program team and Board of Directors. We're looking forward to being here for you for years to come, and to serving the rich and diverse West Island community. Have a look around and let us know what you think!
